Typical Documents
- PAN Card, Aadhaar or other accepted KYC documents
- Salary slips, income proof/Form 16 and bank statements for salaried applicants
- ITRs, financial statements, business proof and bank statements for self-employed applicants
- Sale deed/title documents, link documents, tax receipts, approved plans and other property papers
- Current loan statement and repayment/foreclosure documents, where applicable
- Photographs and additional lender-requested documents.
